The Passion of the Holy Martyr Eulalia
In the reign of the pagan emperors, when the whole universe was darkened by the Hellenic ungodliness, there lived in the Spanish city of Barquinon [now Barcelona] a certain maiden, named Eulalia, daughter of Christian parents.
